The following information is for students that reside within the Cypress H.S. attendance boundaries.
Please use Air Online Enrollment to enter your student’s information for enrollment.
You can find the link for Air Online Enrollment on our school district website. The website is www.auhsd.us (Anaheim Union High School District).
Air Online Enrollment can be found under the “Parent” tab. Once there, you can click “Enroll a New Student” at the very bottom of the page. Please follow the prompts.
The following items are needed prior to enrollment at Cypress High School:
· Signed print out from Air Online Enrollment
- Proof of residency in the Cypress High School attendance boundaries:
We can only accept a current gas OR electric bill OR rental agreement showing the parent’s name, OR a closing escrow paper.
- Withdrawal paperwork with withdrawal grades from the previous school
- Unofficial transcript
- Immunization record with TB skin test result. The TB skin test result will need to be within one year if the student is coming from outside of Orange County. The varicella, or chickenpox shot, must also be listed on the immunization record. If the student has had the chickenpox, that information must be provided on the immunization record and signed by your physician. A new state law designed to combat the spread of whooping cough requires all students to show proof of a TDap booster shot. If vaccinations are needed, we have a Health Services Center through our district. The phone number is 714-999-0814.
- Birth certificate if coming from out of state.
If the student is in special education classes, please provide a copy of the IEP. If the student has any language test scores (CELDT), please provide a copy of the test scores.
